🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Times

• Check-In: From 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be coordinated with us in advance.

🚫 House Policies

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all common areas of the building. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space fresh and clean for everyone.
• No Pets Allowed: While we love animals, our apartment maintains a strict no-pet policy to ensure a comfortable environment for guests with allergies.
• Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

💳 Cancellation & Booking Policy

• Standard Cancellation:
• Full refund for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

• Parking: Complimentary secure underground parking is available during your stay.
• Marina Access: The apartment offers direct access to the Marina boardwalk, shopping mall, and nearby beaches.
• Pool & Gym: Access to the building’s shared pool and fitness facilities is included (subject to seasonal opening hours and building regulations).
