No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including all common areas of the building. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space fresh and clean for everyone.
No Pets Allowed: While we love animals, our apartment maintains a strict no-pet policy to ensure a comfortable environment for guests with allergies.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

💳 Cancellation & Booking Policy

Standard Cancellation:
Full refund for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Parking: Complimentary secure underground parking is available during your stay.
Marina Access: The apartment offers direct access to the Marina boardwalk, shopping mall, and nearby beaches.
Pool & Gym: Access to the building’s shared pool and fitness facilities is included (subject to seasonal opening hours and building regulations).
